Jewish tradition dictates that Jewish families sit
"Shivah" after the death
of a loved one. This is the time when friends
and family visit the mourning
loved ones to share memories and console one another.
Usually, visitors
stay for about 30-60 minutes. The Love family
will sit Shivah on April 16th
following the funeral at their home (2210 Encino Cliff)
until sundown on
Friday and again sit Shivah beginning on Sunday to
Tuesday each day from
sunrise to sunset.
