On the southeast corner--north from what used to be the Chase Manhattan Bank building still stand three brick buildings which were erected in the late 1880s.  It is in one of them that Vim Appliances still occupies the same spot that it did after WWII.  The Jennings Building on the corner had a large sign nailed to its front stating that the building is for sale.  If you just stopped and looked at those three end buildings all by themselves, it brought back memories of what the place actually looked like some 60 years ago.
